Kimberly brings a diverse real estate background to the Keller Williams team. She has been involved in sales her entire career and has prior experience leasing brand new construction apartments for large, publicly traded companies as well as leasing office space for a private real estate investor. Kimberly has been the recipient of numerous sales awards for continually hitting her quotas and for her achievements in commercial and residential lease agreements.
More recently, Kimberly has been recognized as being in the top 5% in her office of 275 agents and serves on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC). As a designated Certified Negotiation Expert, Kimberly uses her knowledge to collaborate with the other party and ultimately create win-win situations for her clients. Her understanding of lifestyle and communities in the South Bay and Los Angeles areas have been invaluable to her clients. Kimberly received her BA from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2002. She is a Torrance resident and holds an active California Real Estate License. Kimberly is happily married to Kevin Doner, a Firefighter/Paramedic for the City of Anaheim. They have a beautiful, little girl named Sydnee as well as another female they adore, Charlee, a sweet, 120 pound Newfoundland dog.

As first-time buyers, my husband and I were excited and a bit nervous about purchasing a home. The process could not have gone smoother. From the first meeting when we received our loan pre-approval to the day we got the keys, Kim was with us every step of the way, making sure we were comfortable with our decision. She accommodated our busy schedules -- my husband's with his job and mine as the mother of a young toddler -- by sending us documents to sign electronically and even meeting with inspectors at our new home when we couldn't be there. I didn't have to call all the different parties, escrow officers, loan officers, etc. when I had questions. I just called Kim and she got me answers back very quickly.
